Each urn is produced after you purchase, refined to a smooth, matte finish, and ready in 7–30 days. We handle duties and taxes (DDP) for all countries orders - no surprises, just a well-made piece arriving when it should.

Not ornate, not loud, just right. We couldn’t find anything good and un-tacky, so we built the answer we wished existed. Weeks in a garage taught us patience: try, adjust, simplify. Out came a modern keepsake that feels right at home and helps the best moments stay close.

Are lemiklo urns made to order? What’s the lead time?

Yes. We make each urn to order to minimize overproduction and ensure quality. Current lead time is 7–30 days, including production, finishing, and DDP shipping from the EU (no extra duties or taxes on delivery in the U.S.). You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships. Need it by a certain date? Write to hi@lemiklo.com before ordering.

What are lemiklo urns made of?

Our urns are 3D-printed from high-grade PLA (a plant-based biopolymer) and hand-finished for a smooth, matte look.

Why is PLA considered sustainable?

PLA is made from renewable plant starches (not petroleum), requires lower-emission production, and our 3D-printing process minimizes material waste. The urn is designed to be long-lasting; at end-of-life, PLA can be processed by specialized recycling/industrial composting facilities where available.

Will I pay any extra fees, duties, or taxes on delivery?

No. We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to the U.S.—all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in the price.

Can you make a custom color, finish, or pattern?

Not right now. Tell us your idea at hi@lemiklo.com—we’re collecting requests and may introduce limited editions.

How do I place the ashes inside?

Most crematoria return ashes in a sealed bag. Keep the bag intact and place it directly inside the urn for the cleanest, safest fit.

Is the urn suitable for outdoor use?

We recommend indoor use only. PLA can soften with high heat and fade with prolonged UV exposure. Keep away from direct sun, heaters, and fireplaces.

Where are lemiklo urns made?

Designed and small-batch produced in the EU, Poland, then quality-checked and packed with recyclable materials.

Do you offer engraving or nameplates?

Not yet—email hi@lemiklo.com with what you’d like. We’ll notify you if/when personalization becomes available.

How do I care for the urn?

What if my urn arrives damaged?

We’ll make it right. Contact hi@lemiklo.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll arrange a fast replacement.
